Aims, contents and method of the course

Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden anhand der aktuellen Studienlage vor allem die ernährungsphysiologischen, ernährungsmedizinischen und biochemischen Aspekte von Getränken in der menschlichen Ernährung und deren Inhaltsstoffen betrachtet.

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Prüfung wird digital mündlich abgehalten werden. Prüfungszeit 30 Min.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Es sind mind. 60 % der maximal erreichbaren Punktzahl zum Bestehen erforderlich.
