- basics of nutritional sciences, world nutrition- anthropometrics: measurement and assessment of body weight and composition- digestion and absorption of macro- and micro-nutrients- mechanisms of hunger and repletion- different nutritional concepts- nutritional hazards- health promotion and disease prevention
