Aims, contents and method of the course

Basics of evolution, metabolism and structural organisation of Pro- and
Eucaryota, of plants and fungi and their importance for human usage; plant-
versus animal cell; anatomy, histology and morphology; architecture of
selected algae, fungi and cormophyta and their use in human nutrition e.g.
fruits and vegetable, cereals, pseudocereals, spices and wild food.
