Aims, contents and method of the course

Blutanalytik: Blutaufbereitung, Ernährungsstatus, Bestimmung funktioneller und statischer Versorgungsparameter mittels Photometrie, AAS, HPLC.
Lebensmittelanalytik: physiologischer und biologischer Brennwert, Analyse der Hauptnährstoffe. Anthropometrie; Glucose-/Lactosetoleranztests.
