legislation and guidance on health claim applications; front-of-pack labelling initiatives; prevalence and efficacy of dietary supplement use; sugar consumption and related health problems; GMO policy and safety concerns; labelling and prevalence of food allergies; antimicrobial resistance; new insights into personalized nutrition; trade partnerships; food waste and packaging innovations

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To improve skills in the field of scientific working; to prepare autonomously a topic related to the corresponding lectures;
