1. Allgemeine Einführung in die Chromatographie (Trennprinzipien, verwendete Phasen, Kenngrößen, Verfahren, Detektoren)

2. Kennenlernen von unterschiedlichen Chromatographie-Verfahren (Dünnschichtchromatographie, Flüssigkeitschromatographie, Gaschromatographie)

3. Schwerpunkt HPLC (High pressure liquid Chromatography)
-Stationäre / mobile Phase
-Trennsäule (Prinzip, Funktion)
-UV / VIS, Fluoreszenz Detektion
-Pumpe (isokratisch, Gradienten)
