Continuous assessment of course work

Vorlesungen und Übungen aus dem Bereich der Ernährungslehre und Chemie sollten vor der Teilnahme an diesem Seminar bereits absolviert sein.

Die vollständige Anwesenheit während des Seminars ist Pflicht, Bei Abwesenheit ist ein positiver Abschluss des Seminars nicht möglich.

Im Falle einer VERHINDERUNG an der Teilnahme ist eine ABMELDUNG innerhalb der Abmeldefrist UNBEDINGT ERFORDERLICH, da bei unentschuldigtem Fernbleiben eine negative Bewertung erfolgt.

Abmeldungen außerhalb dieser Frist können nur mit Zustimmung des LV-Leiters erfolgen.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Reflection of own school experience. Structure model of methodological process - social forms, acting patterns and teaching steps. Didactic and methodological possibilities - preparation, usage and suitability in the area of nutrition, cooking and houshold economy. Relationship between content and method. Curricula and institutional border limitations. Finding and evaluating schemes to identify learning goals: subject-orientated and pedagogical learning goals. Performance evaluation.
