Aims, contents and method of the course

1. construction of questionnaires
2. weighing food record
3. Food-frequency questionnaire (FFQ)
4. Accelerometer (Actigraph GT1M)
5. Physical Activity Frequency Questionnaire (PAFQ)
6. Data processing
- results of questionnaires (using SPSS)
- results of weighing food records (using food composition database)
7. intervention (Public Health).

Assessment and permitted materials

-presentation of the group work
-active participation during the course
-written exam on the last day of the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Independent planning, conducting and evaluation of empirical studies in nutrition epidemiology.

5. PAFQ

all participants:
1. construction of questionnaires, data entry
