Methods of epigentic analysis: DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, SNP analysis, epigenetic markers, bisulfit conversion, MSP, BSP
introduction to molecular epidemiology, nutirgenetics and molecular nutrition

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding for the principles and methods of molecular epidemiology and genetic analysis
methods for the detection of SNPs and epigenetic markers at examples
25% Protocol, 25 % presentation, 50 % engagement in course
