The main objective is to get insights into macronutrient´s metabolism (fat and fatty acids, carbohydrates as well as protein and amino acids), dietary fibre, cholesterol, alcohol and the water balance.
A further objective is to get insights into the body composition and the direct link to macronutrients.
The link of macronutrients to nutrition associated diseases will be discussed.
