· use of food composition data including limitations; including your 2 lectures as described above (day 1)

· food description and nomenclature; (day 2)

· component identification, units and definitions; (day 2)

· analytical methods influencing nutrient values; (day 3)

· Data quality incl. comparability of food composition data; (day 3)

· Calculation of nutrient values including recipes; (day 4)

· principles in compilation, documentation, sampling; resources of food composition data (day 4)

· Biodiversity. (day 5)

· Construct a little food composition table (for part of a FFQ) (day 5)
