Introduction; (day 1)· use of food composition data including limitations; including your 2 lectures as described above (day 1)· food description and nomenclature; (day 2)· component identification, units and definitions; (day 2)· analytical methods influencing nutrient values; (day 3)· Data quality incl. comparability of food composition data; (day 3)· Calculation of nutrient values including recipes; (day 4)· principles in compilation, documentation, sampling; resources of food composition data (day 4)· Biodiversity. (day 5)· Construct a little food composition table (for part of a FFQ) (day 5)
