Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Übersetzen anspruchsvoller deutscher bzw. polnischer Fachtexte aus diversen Bereichen (Geisteswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaft und Medizin, Technik, Recht und Wirtschaft) im Rahmen eines vorgegebenen Übersetzungsauftrags. Vertiefung und Erweiterung des Fachwortschatzes und des Sachwissens sowie der Fachtextstilistik; Terminologiearbeit: Erarbeitung eigener Terminologiebestände, Arbeiten mit Paralleltexten, Recherche.
Assessment and permitted materials
aktive Mitarbeit, Hausaufgaben, Präsentationen und zwei schriftliche Leistungserhebungen
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Praxisorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Übersetzungsstrategien und der Recherchekompetenz. Richtiger Gebrauch der Fachsprache (Lexik, Syntax, Stil, Textstruktur), Umgang mit Übersetzungsaufträgen.
Examination topics
Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit; Präsentation, Reflexion und Diskussion der Übersetzungen in der LV.
Reading list
wird in der LV und auf der Moodle-Plattform bekannt gegeben.
