Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course is meant for students new to consecutive interpretation. Completion of "Basiskompetenz Dolmetschen" will be useful. Basic notation skills will be taught and practiced in greater detail. We will work with English and German both ways in simple practice-oriented situations (speeches for certain occasions, political speeches etc.) and a range of focal topics for the semester. We may also make time for an excursion.
