Aims, contents and method of the course

GESELLSCHAFTSRECHT (kurze Einführung ins Übersetzen juristischer Texte, Überlegungen zu sprachlichen und außersprachlichen Schwierigkeiten, den unterschiedlichen Rechtssystemen, systematische Terminologieerfassung (Erarbeitung eines gemeinsamen Glossars), Übersetzen verschiedener Texte aus der Praxis
(u.a. HR-Auszug, Gesellschaftsvertrag, Gesetzestexte anhand eines konkreten Fallbeispiels)

Anwesenheitspflicht, Mitarbeit, Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Übersetzungen, schriftliche Abschlussprüfung: Mo, 23.1.2012

Erkennen der Probleme beim Übersetzen von Rechtstexten, Anwendung diverser Strategien zur Lösung von heiklen Fragen, Einsatz effizienter Recherchemethoden, Aufbau einer individuellen Terminologiesammlung,

Übersetzungen (mit und ohne Vorbereitung), Rechercheübungen, Analyse von Paralleltexten, Arbeiten in Kleingruppen, Terminologiearbeit in der Praxis
