Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Laufende Mitarbeit (Anwesenheitsliste), prüfungsimmanent.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Kenntnis der Terminologie des semestergegenständlichen Rechtsgebiets, Beherrschung typischer juristischer Formulierungen und Wendungen, inhaltliche Grundkenntnisse des aktuellen Rechtsgebiets.
Examination topics
Recherche von Rechtsbegriffen zum Semesterthema in verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen, Übersetzung von Rechtstexten, Feedback und Neubearbeitung der Texte, teils durch den LV-Leiter, teils durch andere Studierende, Glossarerstellung.
Reading list
Literaturhinweise erfolgen erforderlichenfalls in der LV bzw. sind auf der Plattform zu finden.
