Aims, contents and method of the course

Erarbeitung von einem Grundverständnis für juristische Fachbegriffe, Rechtstexte und Inhalte;
Methode: Erarbeitung eines Textes auf der Grundlage einer Vorbereitung (Hausübung)/Arbeit mit fachspezifischen Videos

Assessment and permitted materials

immanenter Prüfungscharakter; bewertet werden Hausübungen, Mitarbeit, Zwischen- und Endtest;
Die Lehrveranstaltung hat prüfungsimmanenten Charakter, es gilt die Anwesenheitspflicht. Exzellente Ausdrucksfähigkeiten in den Arbeitssprachen.

1: 90-100 Punkte
2: 80-89 Punkte
3: 70-79 Punkte
4: 50-69 Punkte
5: 0-49 Punkte

Mitarbeit und Leistungen in der Stunde (40%) Hausübungen (40%), zwei Tests (à 10%)
