Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Einführung in das Übersetzen juristischer Texte, sprachliche und inhaltliche Analyse von Texten aus dem juristischen Bereich unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des seit 2009 in Japan eingeführten Schöffensystems.
Assessment and permitted materials
Prüfungsimmanente LV: aktive Mitarbeit und durchgehende Präsenz erforderlich, Gruppenarbeit, schriftliche Semesterprüfung.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Erwerb von translatorischen Kompetenzen im Bereich des Übersetzens von Rechtstexten, Aneignung professioneller Arbeitsmethoden, Aufbau einer Terminologiesammlung.
Examination topics
Gemeinsames Erörtern und Übersetzen der Texte in der LV, individuelle Vorbereitung, Gruppenarbeit und Präsentation.
