Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte: Grundlagen und Grundbegriffe des Projektmanagements im Rahmen der transkulturellen Kommunikation, Methoden und Arbeitstechniken des PMs, Prozesse und Akteure im PM,
Projektorganisationsformen, Begleitende Prozesse, Relevante Projektarten.
Ziele: Grundbegriffe des Projektmanagements erklären können,
Projekte definieren können, Projektorganisationsformen, die Phasen im Projektablauf kennen.
Methode: Vorträge, Diskussionen mit ZTW-Absolvent_innen, die im PM tätig sind, Plenumsdiskussion, Fallstudien

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam in German.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

60 % der erreichbaren Punkteanzahl in der schriftlichen Vorlesungsprüfung müssen für eine positive Note erzielt werden.

Examination topics

Prüfungsstoff umfasst die in der LV präsentierten Inhalte und die Pflichtlektüre.
