Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Übersetzen von ausgewählten, mittelschweren Fachtexten aus den Bereichen Geistes- und Naturwissenschaften sowie Wirtschaft und Medizin.
Assessment and permitted materials
Notenschlüssel: Stundenvorbereitung und Mitarbeit 60%, zwei schriftliche Übersetzungsübungen und eine Gruppenarbeit inkl. fristgerechter Abgabe 30%, Erstellung eines Glossars 10%.
Anwesenheitspflicht, maximal 2 entschuldigte Fehlstunden. Abmeldung nur bis zum 31. März möglich.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Fähigkeit zur vertieften translatorischen Auseinandersetzung mit Fachtexten aus den oben genannten Bereichen.
Examination topics
Recherche, Terminologiearbeit, Erstellung eines Glossars, Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit, Diskussion einzelner Übersetzungsvarianten in der Stunde.
