A passing grade (“genügend”) is required for both criteria for an overall passing grade for the class
NEW CRITERIA DUE TO CORONA CRISIS: Assessments will be based on completion of e-learning assignments (tandem analysis and feedback) and on three recorded interpretation exercises.

StudentsSimultaneous interpretation of easy and slightly more difficult texts. Fine-tuning of simultaneous interpreting technique.
Students are also required to prepare the topic and terminology for the week/semester, as well as the review video. Students’ interpreting performance and interpreting strategies will be discussed in class.
