Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Praxis- und qualitätsorientierte Übersetzung von Rechtstexten unter Verwendung von Paralleltexten und unter Beachtung von sprachlichen und fachspezifischen Konventionen (auch beglaubigte Übersetzungen). Einführung in die Terminologie und Phraseologie des Arbeitsrechts. Vermittlung der wichtigsten Rechtsbegriffe und Einübung der juristischen Fachsprache.
Assessment and permitted materials
Regelmäßige Mitarbeit, schriftliche Arbeit im Laufe des Semesters; keine Abschlussprüfung.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Einführung in die Hauptgebiete des polnischen und des österreichischen Rechts- und Gerichtswesens. Vermittlung professioneller Kompetenzen im Bereich des Fachübersetzens von Rechtstexten.
Examination topics
Gemeinsame Bearbeitung konkreter Aufgabenstellungen und Projekte. Präsentation der Übersetzung und Diskussion im Plenum.
