Aims, contents and method of the course

Ausgehend von ausgewählten Texten wird in der LV ein Überblick über relevante historische und aktuelle Ereignisse, Tendenzen und Persönlichkeiten, sowie aktuelle Diskurse gegeben. Der Fokus der VO wird auf die sog. Erinnerungsorte der polnischen Kultur nach der Theorie des franz. Historikers Pierre Nora gerichtet.
Grundlegende Kenntnisse polnischer Geschichte werden vorausgesetzt bzw. sind im Eigenstudium mit Hilfe angegebener Literatur zu erwerben. Diese VO ist keine Landeskunde-LV.
Vortrag; Textanalysen im kulturkommunikativen Kontext. Selbständige Semesterlektüre zu polnischer Geschichte.
