Aims, contents and method of the course

Bewusstmachung und Entwicklung vom Verständnis für die Vielschichtigkeit der (polnischen) Kultur. In der Auseinandersetzung mit unterschiedlichen Texten werden die wichtigsten Narrative präsentiert, analysiert und diskutiert. Dadurch erkennen die Studierenden, dass das kulturelle Selbstverständnis diskursiv konstruiert ist.
Vermittlung und Entwicklung eines grundlegenden Kulturwissens über nationale Selbstbilder, Symbole, Institutionen usw. und aktuelle gesellschaftspolitische Entwicklungen.
Methoden:
Wissensvermittlung und eigenständige Lektüre kulturgeschichtlicher Literatur; eigenständige Recherchen und (gemeinsame) Analyse von relevanten Texten der Gegenwart und Vergangenheit aus Literatur, Kunst, Film, Geschichte, Politik und Alltag.

Die für die Leistungsbeurteilung relevanten Anforderungen sind zu mindestens 60% zu erfüllen.
