Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Theoretische und praktische Einführung in das Konsekutivdolmetschen. Danach Übungen. Gedolmetscht wird in beide Richtungen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Studierenden sollen anhand der eigenen Notizen fähig sein, gesprochene Texte konsekutiv zu dolmetschen.

Examination topics

Nach einer theoretischen Einführung in das Konsekutivdolmetschen und die Notizentechnik sowie die nonverbale Kommunikation werden zuerst mnemotechnische Mittel und Reaktionsfähigkeit geübt. Dann wird aufbauend konsekutiv gedolmetscht - simulierte Vorträge, Interviews, Pressekonferenzen, Schulungen etc. Geübt wird auch Verhandlungsdolmetschen mit Elementen des richtigen kulturellen Verhaltens.

Leistunsbeurteilung:
Prüfungsimmanente Lehrveranstaltung.
