Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele:
Die Studierenden sollen:
- ihre Dolmetschkompetenz entwickeln
- ihre Recherchekompetenz verfeinern
- ihre muttersprachliche und fremdsprachliche Kompetenz vertiefen
- ihr Fach- und Sachwissen verbessern
- ihre Terminologiebestände erweitern

Inhalte:
Simultandolmetschung von einfachen und mittelschweren Texten (von den Studierenden gehaltene Vorträge; Videos) zu vertrauten Themen

Methoden:
- Shadowing
- Simultandolmetschen
- Analyse der für das SD spezifischen Dolmetschstrategien
- Peer-to-Peer-Feedback, kontinuierliches Feedback durch die Lehrende
- Festigung der Terminologie und der idiomatischen Ausdrücke
- Vorbereiten und Abhalten von Reden

Assessment and permitted materials

Diese LV ist prüfungsimmanent. Alle im Laufe des Semesters erbrachten Leistungen werden für die Note herangezogen.
