Aims, contents and method of the course
Basic rhetorical knowledge, stylistic devices and presentation techniques for various communication situations; improving oral competences and overcoming individual weaknesses.
Assessment and permitted materials
Attendance and participation in class, four presentations (individual/group)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Appropriate handling of language and style and broadening active vocabulary in oral presentations.
Examination topics
Presentation of self-written speeches/statements based on selected texts or assignments; panel discussions, protocols.
