Aims, contents and method of the course

EN:
Reading, discussion and analysis of oral and written texts (biographies, short stories, chronicles, short films, etc.)
Critical analysis of textual structure.
Reflection on the argumentative strategies present in the different textual and discursive units presented.
Exercises of interlingual translation (changing the function of the text, target audience, medium, communicative situation).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

DE: Während des Semesters werden verschiedene Aktivitäten bewertet. Um eine positive Endnote zu erhalten, ist ein Minimum von 60 Prozent in allen Aktivitäten erforderlich.
Die Verwendung von Werkzeugen der künstlichen Intelligenz ist erlaubt, sofern sie ausdrücklich angegeben werden.

PT: Serão avaliadas diferentes actividades ao longo do semestre. Para a obtenção de uma nota final positiva, é necessário o mínimo de 60% na totalidade de actividades.
É permitido o recurso a ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, desde que indicadas de forma explícita.

DE: Mündliche und schriftliche Teilleistungen
Zu Beginn des Semesters werden mehrere Vorschläge für Aktivitäten unterbreitet, deren Gewichtung bei der Bewertung in der ersten Unterrichtsstunde gemeinsam mit der Klasse festgelegt wird.

PT: Avaliação contínua.
Serão indicadas várias propostas de actividade no início do semestre, sendo o respectivo peso na avaliação decidido na 1ª aula em conjunto com a turma.
