Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte und Methoden: Einführung in die Grundbegriffe der ungarischen und der österreichischen Rechtssprache. Sprachliche und inhaltliche Analyse, sowie Übersetzung verschiedener Rechtstexte (Urkunden, Verträge etc.)

Ziele: Erlernen der entsprechenden Fachtermini und ihre aktive Anwendung, Umsetzung der erworbenen translatorischen Kompetenzen, Erarbeitung von Übersetzungsstrategien.

Assessment and permitted materials

Prüfungsimmanent: aktive Mitarbeit in der LVA, Vorbereitung auf die jeweilige UE-Einheit, termingerechte Abgabe der Hausarbeit, eine schriftliche terminologische Teilleistungsserhebung in Semestermitte, eine schriftliche Semesterabschlussleistungserhebung (ein Wörterbuch ist erlaubt - in gedruckter Form). Die Gesamtnote am Semesterende ergibt sich aus den Teilleistungsbeurteilungen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Benotung von Hausübungen (Entwürfen und Endfassungen) und Präsenzarbeiten, Ermittlung eines Durchschnittswerts daraus. Bei Fehlen von Hausübungen keine positive Note möglich.

Examination topics

Gemäß der während des Semesters besprochenen Themen.
