Aims, contents and method of the course

Terminologisches Einarbeiten in unterschiedliche Fachbereiche anhand diverser Fachtexte - Fragen zur Fachterminologie - Auseinandersetzung mit unterschiedlichen Fachtexten - aktive (Fach)Kommunikation geübt anhand selbstständiger Textproduktionen ausgehend von Fachtexten aus der "anderen" Arbeitssprache - das Arbeiten mit authentischen Fachtexten - Recherchekompetenz (Paralleltexte) - Erarbeiten von Glossaren.

Assessment and permitted materials

Je nach Themengebiet und Gruppengröße 2 bis 3 auftragsbezogene Textproduktionen (Übersetzungen, Transkreationen) sowohl auf Französisch als auch auf Deutsch, Fachvortrag auf Französisch (30% der Leistungsevaluierung), regelmäßige Mitarbeit und Anwesenheit samt Abgabe auf Moodle von Textaufträgen/Übersetzungen, die im Unterricht besprochen werden (40%), 5-wöchiges Transkreationsprojekt (30%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Aktive Mitarbeit während und vor den Einheiten, Abgabe via Moodle der Hausübungen, mündliche Fachpräsentation, schriftliche Übersetzungen im Präsenzunterricht. Da in beide Sprachen gearbeitet wird, ist ein sehr gutes Niveau in beiden Arbeitssprachen erforderlich. Empfohlen wird der Besuch dieser LV nach den erfolgreichen Besuch der LV Translatorische Methodik Übersetzen, Französisch.
Für eine positive Benotung der LV sind 60 % Punkte notwendig.

Examination topics

Der Prüfungsstoff umfasst die in der LV präsentierten Inhalte und Arbeitsaufträge.
