Erarbeitung von einem Grundverständnis für juristische Fachbegriffe, Rechtstexte und Inhalte;
Methode: Erarbeitung eines Textes auf der Grundlage einer Vorbereitung (Hausübung)/Arbeit mit fachspezifischen Videos; geplant: Besuch bei Gericht

Assessment and permitted materials

immanenter Prüfungscharakter; bewertet werden Hausübungen, Mitarbeit, Zwischen- und Endtest; jede Stunde ist eine Hausübung abzugeben

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

exzellente Beherrschung der französischen und deutschen Sprache, Bereitschaft, sich in juristische Kontexte einzuarbeiten
