Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Übersetzen von Texten aus verschiedenen Sachgebieten aus dem Japanischen ins Deutsche und umgekehrt. Übersetzt werden u.a. Zeitungsartikel, Werbetexte und multimediale Texte. Erwünschte Voraussetzungen: Fähigkeit, ca. 1500 Kanji passiv zu beherrschen, bzw. gute Japanisch-Kenntnisse (N2-Niveau von JLPT).
Assessment and permitted materials
Aktive Mitarbeit, Hausübungen, schriftliche und mündliche Leistungserhebungen.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Erwerb der Basiskenntnisse für die Übersetzung, u.a. der Fähigkeit, eigene Sprach- und Kulturkompetenz sowie kontrastive Textkompetenz für verschiedene transkulturelle Kommunikationssituationen einzusetzen.
Examination topics
Texte aus verschiedenen Themengebieten werden auf Wort-, Satz- und Textebene analysiert und in der Zielsprache zusammengefasst bzw. übersetzt. Die Übersetzung der einzelnen Texte wird von den Studierenden in Einzel- bzw. Gruppenarbeit schriftlich vorbereitet und in der Lehrveranstaltung besprochen.
