1. Combative Games
2. Mixed Martial Arts / Main Focus: Boxing, Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do
3. Basics of Self-Defense

Assessment and permitted materials

- Regular attendance
- Active participation
- Reflection protocol according to Hospitation Kampfsportverein/USI course
- Implementation of teaching practice
- Creating a lesson plan

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The course aims to present an overview of the various exercises and elements of martial arts ,which can be taught in the classroom.
Intensive demonstrations using the various postures and positions show how to defuse or avoid a dangerous or threatening situation.
Reflection and debate on the issue of self defense contributes to an enhanced capacity to teach and direct self defense and duelling.

Examination topics
