Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The goal of this course is to give the students tools to work the physical capacities from different populations in order to prevent injuries.
Enable the students to recognize the most common injuries in the different sports.
To understand how the environment can influence the occurrence of injuries and how to avoid it.

3.1 Strength Strength training methods to be used with children, adults, athletes and seniors. Exercises to use for a specific muscle in a specific sport context. How to use different equipment.
3.2 Balance/Proprioception Special workout focused on the lower body joints using unstable surfaces like Bosu®, Platforms, small mats or floor exercises.
3.3 Flexibility/Stretching Static, Dynamic, Active, Passive, PNF, Ballistic and Myofascial Release
3.4 Endurance Running, biking and other aerobic methods.
