Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Students will learn how to improve and teach basic athletic skills.

Assessment and permitted materials

Requirements:

1. Students have to participate in more that 75% of the lessons.

2. Students have to design a plan for a training in a track and field discipline.

3. Students have to reach results in several disciplines.

4. Students have to arrange and guide a training session or present a specific track and field topic.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students have to show their own abilities in track and field disciplines and demonstrate correct techniques.
