Aims, contents and method of the course
Teaching of theoretical knowledge and practical application skills to scientifically substantiated relaxation techniques for applications in sports, rehabilitation and health psychology: autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation n Jacobson, breathing relaxation, trance induction/hypnosis, imagery, mindfulness.
Assessment and permitted materials
Cooperation, small group work, practice efficiency, both theoretical and practical guided reflection
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
- Teaching basic knowledge of scientifically proven relaxation techniques and psychophysiological foundations
- Detailed knowledge and application skills in the correct implementation of various relaxation exercises
