Legal provisions governing the profession of sport scientific training therapeutists

- Basic principles of hospital law
- Basic principles of labour and salaried employees law
- Basic principles of compensation law
- Basic principles of constitution and administration law
- Basic principles of criminal law
- Basic principles of civil law

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral end of term examinations - the majority of questions have to be answered satisfactorily.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Practice-oriented understanding of the legal basis of health and health care law, as well as the fields of law relevant to the exercise of the respective profession.

Ein Skriptum über das Berufsrecht der TrainingstherapeutInnen wird am Semesterbeginn zur Verfügung gestellt. Die restlichen Lehrinhalte erfolgen auf Basis von VO-Unterlagen, die jeweils unmittelbar vor VO-Beginn an alle Hörerinnen und Hörer verteilt werden.
