Aims, contents and method of the course

-Auffrischung und Vertiefung von Kenntnissen zur Struktur des Trainingsprozesses

-Erlernen von Techniken und Methoden der Trainingsplanung und Dokumentation

-am Bsp. eigener sportlicher Tätigkeit Trainingsabschnitte planen, Lösungsansätze vorstellen

und begründen

-PC-gestützte Konzepte der Trainingsplanung und Dokumentation kennenlernen

Assessment and permitted materials

-Abschlussarbeit in der 2.Hälfte des Sem. 70%

-Referatsbeiträge 30%

Die Regeln einer effektiven Trainingsplanung und Dokumentation kennen und anwenden können.

Examination topics

To provide the theoretical background of periodization. There will be an emphasis of the strong relationship between exercise physiology and applied exercise science. Across the several applications of training the cross-linking within this course will set a framework for future work.
