Aims, contents and method of the course

Objectives:
Students have built up theoretical and practical knowledge of possible dynamics and the levels of dynamics in groups and organizations.
They have experienced possible dynamics themselves in the lecture and can thus better understand and reflect on their effects. They have knowledge of tools and models of how dynamics in groups and organizations can be consciously and constructively managed and how people and organizations can be developed.

Methods:
Knowledge transfer and lecture by the course instructor
Dialogue-oriented and interactive work,
Learning through active doing and interacting
Reflection rounds and exchange of experiences
Teaching of small constellation formats for organizations

Contents:
Internal and external factors that influence dynamics in groups and organizations.
Interdependence of structure, culture and strategy in organizations (profit and non-profit organizations in sports)
The need for vision work in organizations (focusing energy, long-term orientation)
Change management: development and change possibilities from the perspective of personality development, team development and organizational development
Definition and development of corporate culture and leadership culture - selected topics
Basics of team development and group dynamics,
The importance and significance of role behavior and role clarity in teams and organizations
The influence of personal behavior patterns and programs on groups and organizations, The meaning of value work

Assessment and permitted materials

Written examination at the end of the course.
You are expressly advised that if you are found to have cheated (e.g..: Copying, plagiarizing, use of unauthorized aids, forgery, ghostwriting, etc.) the entire PI-LV will be considered cheated and will count as a citation. (Entry in U:SPACE: X = not assessed).

No aids such as transcripts, handouts and books are allowed.
No electronic aids like laptop, cell phone, ipad etc. are allowed
