Aims, contents and method of the course

Vermittlung zentraler gesundheitspsychologischer Konzepte; Gesondert wird hierbei die Bedeutung des Sports für die Gesundheit, das Wohlbefinden, die Lebenszufriedenheit, etc. herausgearbeitet.
Sportpsychologische Modelle werden von ihrer theoretischen/empirischen Herleitung bis zur ihrer diagnostischen Operationalisierung und praktischen Anwendung besprochen und diskutiert. Der Fokus liegt hierbei auf dem Kennenlernen der Konzepte in ihrer theoretischen Verwurzelung , empirischen Überprüfung sowie ihrer praktischen Tauglichkeit. Die Inhalte werden via Vortrag vermittelt. E-learning Unterlagen sollen den Lernprozess unterstützen.

Schriftliche Prüfung am Ende der LV. Keine Hilfsmittel erlaubt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Positive Beurteilung ab 50% der maximal möglichen Punkteanzahl im Rahmen der schriftlichen Prüfung (offene Fragen).

Examination topics

Inhalte der Vorlesung, Übertragung auf Anwendungssituationen.
