Aims, contents and method of the course

Volleyball specific technique:
(upper passing, lower passing, service from below and above, attacking stroke, block ).

Sports game and tournament forms :
( 1 with 1, 1 against 1

4 with 4, 4 against 4
6 against 6 with a universal and special division of tasks
( king ball, league champions tournament,...)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

-Teaching of special game skills in the corresponding set of rules
-Providing methodical-didactic ways to be able to instruct volleyball
- to teach the ability to recognize movement errors and to give advice for improvement
- to give the students first experiences in teaching and to give them feedback on it

Examination topics

Volleyball -specific technique ( OZ, UZ, service from above, attacking stroke ) in practice 40%.
Creating and instructing a volleyball-specific warm-up program 30%
Preparation of a protocol and literature research, reflection 30%.
