Goals: Presentation of the current stress concepts, risk faktors and origin. Psychological and pysiological approaches to coping strategies and prophylaxis.
Contents: Different developments in stress Research, various strategies like MBSR, Resilience, Mindfulness Training,

Presentation, establishing a personal health Project, Group work, self- awareness

Overview oft he current stress concepts and implementation in sporting activity
