Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Preparation of the four strokes including the corresponding starts and turns under the consideration of individual skills. Acquisition of motion concepts and the analysis of motion patterns. Connections between cycle-route and cycle-frequency (technique optimisation based on longer cycle routes).

Introduction of the different patterns of speed for the various stroks. Teaching of technique using swim gear and correction of errors (elimination of variances from the technical concept.

Arrangement of distances.

Acquisition of resposibility and decision-making regarding the appropriate behavier with water. Conveying the knowledge of error correction using specific contrast-exercises, basic training methods for swimming and how to implement themin real life. Additionally the correct use of swimm gear its impact on technique, strength and endurance.

Sufficient comprehension of motion sequences in order to analyze and correct mistakes proberly. Improvement of personal skills.

Gain experience of certain movements using specific exercises.

Deductive method: Using instructions crucial assistance shall be given in order to understand concepts of movement quickly. Basic endurance and fitness shall be reached with specific trainingsmethods. Duration methode-change of peace methode-interval methode

Assessment and permitted materials

The requirements for completing the immanent class are: frequent attendance, practical exam timed 100m (freestyle or breaststroke) and 100m medlay formswimming. The final grade is consists of the time reached as well as the technique presented during the form-swimming and personal improvement throughout the the class.
