Assessment and permitted materials

The course has an ongoing assessment character. The evaluation includes:
1) Active participation during the sessions, partially based on assignments.
2) Theoretical and practical preparation of topics related to speed.
3) Teaching assignments or mentoring.
4) Speed tests.
5) Examination.
The overall performance by students in ongoing assessment courses for the winter semester must be completed by the following April 30th, and for ongoing assessment courses in the summer semester, by the following September 30th at the latest. Students who have not withdrawn from the respective course will be assessed. In case of a negative assessment, a formal examination is not allowed, and the course must be repeated. Legal source: Statute of the University of Vienna §10 (4, 5, 6).

You are expressly informed that if cheating is detected (e.g., copying, plagiarism, unauthorized use of aids, forgery, ghostwriting, etc.), the entire ongoing assessment course will be considered as cheated and counted as an attempt. (Entry in U:SPACE: X = not assessed)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Basic requirement - Minimum 75% attendance. (KADA students with an application only 50%)
Active participation - 20% of the grade
Theoretical and practical preparation (teaching assignment) of speed-related topics or mentoring - 30% of the grade
Speed tests - 30% of the grade
Examination - 20% of the grade
