Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
- The students shall get a basic overview about the historical development and the current state of discussion within the field of sport pedagogy. The focus will be on scientific theory, determination of subject-matter, the system as well as basic terms and key topics of sport pedagogy.The students shall develop the following knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge about development, subject-matter, basic terms and key topics of sport pedagogy
- Ability to critical reflect and to examine closely values and norms concerning school related and non-school related gym classes with children, adolescents and adults
- Ability of networked thinking in order to link to and distinguish sport pedagogic knowledge from knowledge obtained from other sport scientific disciplines
