- Introduction into different scientific approaches and methodologies (hermeneutical, empirical, qualitative, quantitative)
- Development of a research hypothesis in the field of Public Health or Sports and Exercise Physiology
- Literature research and the correct use of references
- General structure of a scientific paper
- Presentation of research results
