Aims, contents and method of the course

Knowledge:
- for better orientation for the new learning environment at the beginning of the study; central topics: life transitions and new start

- for independently work and lifestyle

- for deeper understanding of the structure and the use of electronic media and social networks for successful learning and study process

- about time management, at the field of vision work and target-oriented proceed

- Basic skills for using new media and sport science specific information tools (traditional and virtual libraries, sports science specific electronic databases)

- Basic overview and understanding of the main theoretical approaches of the different sport disciplines to the phenomenon of movement and sport

- overview of the major current subjects of sport and physical culture and development of a more differentiated awareness of the problem for possible approaches in sport scientific

Assessment and permitted materials

- Attendance and active participation
- Elaboration of tasks on the e-learning platform Moodle .
- Short presentation of a scientific approach to a subject of a sports science discipline (inclusive a question).
- Scientific skilled work inclusive reflection (final thesis: extent of 5 pages)
