The students get an overview of theoretical basics on project management:- Basics on project management: Project definition, types of projects
- Getting to know instruments of project management, basic methods of project planning
and project organisation
- Stages of a project and their characteristics
- Functions, Structures, Processes,..The students have dealt with different projects in sport systems.
