Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Written examination by means of an examination sheet = elaboration of a case study based on open questions; the use of any aids is prohibited during this examination!You are expressly advised that if a performance obtained is discovered (e.g. copying, plagiarism, use of unauthorised aids, forgery, ghostwriting etc.) the entire course is considered cheating and counts as a start. (Entry in U:SPACE: X = not assessed).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The students are able to work on a simple case study based on open questions according to the contents and methods of project management discussed in the course (see objectives, contents and methods of the course). A total of 100 points can be achieved.Grade key:

Examination topics
Students are able to define the main tasks of a project and its objectives, carry out a social context analysis and derive appropriate measures, create a work breakdown structure for a simple case study and specify work packages. They can use simple scheduling tools and define milestones and prepare a project progress report. They can explain the difference between a project and a routine task using examples.
