Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Students will learn how to improve their own athletic skills and at the same time how to teach the basics in track and field.
Assessment and permitted materials
Requirements:1. Students have to participate in more that 75% of the lessons, work and train when the lector asks then to do so and investigate and research the information about track, that they need to improve their athletik skills.2. They have to write a paper about one important person or a disziplin in track (6-8 pages)3. They have to reach some results in the 60m sprint, high jump and shot put. If they fail in one of them, they can compensate with a good performance in 1500m.4. Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students will improve their own abilities in the 60m sprint, high jump and shot put.Further they will learn about the all time greatest athletes and the developement of some of the most important disziplines.Praktisch Methodischer Lehrauftritt zur Überprüfung des fachlichen und didaktischen Eigenkönnens durch die Studenten selbst.
Examination topics
Students have to work together with other students, learn about track on their own and watch professional track trainers and athletes at some trainings or competitions.
