Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Immanent review of the own abilities in the classical techniques.
Review of the technical skills. A part of an announced practical performance assessment at the end of the course is the testing of all classic cross-country skiing techniques
Review of the sport motor skills in the classical techniques in the context of an announced practical performance assessment at the end of the course in a competitive round course
Immanent review of teaching skills in methodic and practical teaching performances as part of the course
immanent reviewing of tour planning, navigation during a tour and post processing a tour in moderate terrain and the safety measures for a tour
review of knowledge in the theoretical foundations for Bewegungslehre, methodic and cross-country skiing equipment as part of an announced theoretical performance assessment at the end of the course (writing)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Acquisition of own skills: Objective of the technology acquisition training is learning the fine form of said classic cross-country skiing techniques.
• Acquisition of methodic skills: Objective of the methodic workshop is the acquisition of cross-country skiing mediation skills from beginner to advanced to Intermediate.
• Acquisition of professional knowledge: The objective is to provide basic theoretical knowledge for cross-country skiing lessons.
• Acquisition of specific skills for the cross-country skiing in school: The objective is to provide practical knowledge and skills for cross-country skiing lessons.
• Acquisition of methodic skills: Objective of the methodic workshop is the acquisition of cross-country skiing mediation skills from beginner to advanced to Intermediate.
• Acquisition of professional knowledge: The objective is to provide basic theoretical knowledge for cross-country skiing lessons.

Acquisition of basic classic cross-county skiing techniques (diagonal stride with gliding sequences and diagonal stride without gliding sequences for different climb, herringbone for heavy climb, kick double pole with and without intermediate step, switching between all techniques, turns and curves, downhill techniques for moderate and easy slopes)
Aim of the technical training is the exact execution of all these techniques.Acquisition of methodic skills and knowledge of teaching cross-country skiing (methodic workshops and methodic teaching performance): methodic knowledge to prepare exercise units. The students learn how to teach and organise sequences of exercises for classic cross-country skiing (diagonal stride with gliding sequences and diagonal stride without gliding sequences for different climb, herringbone for heavy climb, kick double pole with and without intermediate step, switching between all techniques, turns and curves, downhill techniques for moderate and easy slopes).
Aim of the methodic workshop is the acquisition of know how to teach classis cross-country skiing from beginners to advanced people.Acquisition of professional know how.
Basic knowledge of kinematics, methodic, cross-country skiing equipment, rules of cross-country skiing in cross-country ski trails and knowledge to lead and accompany a cross-country skiing event.
The aim is the acquisition of knowledge to execute a cross-country skiing event.Acquisition of specific cross-country skiing skills in a school
Organise and plan cross-country skiing days, cross-country skiing weeks, trial days, sports weeks in winter, impart the practical knowledge of cross-country skiing to people.
